After digging out the old plywood
This is when I learned the jib track was fastened with an aluminum tapping plate glassed into the deck.
New plywood glued dryfit
After 2 layers of 1708.
There was water leaking through the companionway at thsi seam. this is after cleanup and getting it ready for laminating.
Lots of filler over the rot repair and jib track, where the deck was compressed
All the hardware is off. I used shrink wrap tape or plastic to cover up the holes.
My boatyard neighbor decided to drop off a surprise libation.

More Pinhole/spot filling.
Jack was a great help this weekend, templating, cutting and gluing in some interior pieces. Including the Starboard mast bulkhead.

2 coats down on the gloss. Rolled & tipped awl grip.
At this point I started putting hardware in to plug up the holes so I didn't have to tarp up the boat every night.
First coat of nonskid down.
Worked pretty late finishing up the nonskid.
Some More holes Plugged up. Backfilled the hole before putting this one in.
